Review of Poter Presentation

Today, I had my poster presentation. I felt a bit nervous before I do it, but because we had many opportunities to do the presentation in the last terms, I could be more confident and relaxed.

Feed Back Qs

1. How did this exercise help you to improve your communication skills?
I think through presenting my poster and interview results to the audience I improved presentating more fluently and efficiently.
However I still need to work on keeping eye contact and use the poster efficiently.
More presentation we have, more efficiently we can present our opinion.

2. what advice can you give classmates about poster design?
I found a lot of interesting posters. When I tried to make my own poster, I needed to think how to design efficiently very much. Everyone had different ways of representing their ideas.
I thought download pictures from Internet, print it out and stick it on your poster is nice to see.
Rather using text to explain, using visual aids is better to catch audience's attention.
But on the other hand, if you do not use visual aids appropriately, it does not work.
I did not put enough texts, so I need to work on it next time.
Or we can cut the poster not only in a square shape, but various shapes.

Interview Questions

I am thinking to ask those questions to my interviewee.
My interests in bioethics and especially human cloning is what is cloned person's identity, the needs by society and effecs on soiety. Thus, I chose those questions to ask in order to get different opinions about these.

1. Why do you think we need human cloning technology? Or what reason is there to develop such technology?

This question is for getting general view points of the person I interview about cloning.

2. If you were the cloned person, how do you feel about it? Do you feel superiority or inferiority to the original?

3. What makes you to think so?

These two questions are for interviewee to think more deeply about human cloning and its problems.

4. I think the biggest issue on human cloning is the identity of cloned person. Do you think identity is important? Why and Why not?

This derectly related to how the interviewee think about identity of cloned people.

5. What is your identity?

This question seems to be unrelated to the topic; however, I want to know whether there is difference between us and cloned people in a view of identity. So, I made this question to ask.

Please feel free to make comments on my questions!

Thanks,
